Should you receive products that exhibits defects in material or workmanship, Nike-Tech will provide a full refund or no-cost replacement if you notify Nike-Tech in writing within the 30 days from date of receipt of order. Please open each shipment promptly so that any problems can be resolved within the 30 day period.

Prior to returning a product please obtain a Return Authorization number from Nike-Tech, Inc. Once the return has been approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number to help you track the return through the process and to ensure proper credit is received. Shipping instructions for the returned item(s) will be provided at the time the Return Authorization number is issued. Please follow these instructions closely.
We request that you return the items in the original packaging. We will then re-ship the correct product for the applicable shipping fees plus a 15% re-stock fee to cover the cost of the return. If the original packaging has been damaged please notify Nike-Tech, Inc. before returning the product in question.
Please inspect your shipments when received. If the packaging is damaged and the enclosed item appears to be damaged, it’s important that you keep the original package and call Nike-Tech, Inc. to file a claim with the carrier. Nike-Tech, Inc. will only file claims on orders shipped on Nike-Tech, Inc. shipping accounts.
When a product is believed to be a manufacturing defect, we may request that photos or samples be provided for evaluation prior to a Return Authorization number being issued.
It is requested that you make a claim with Nike-Tech, Inc. within five working days from the delivery date in order to ensure a refund can be issued or a replacement product can be sent.

Claims for FedEx shipments damaged in transit, non-delivery, or denial of signature are required within 15 days of the original invoice and the original shipping carton must be retained. FedEx reserves the right to inspect the damaged product to finalize the claim.
Claims for UPS shipments damaged in transit are required within 30 days of the original invoice and the original shipping carton must be retained. UPS reserves the right to inspect the damaged product to finalize the claim.
Claims for LTL (less than truckload) shipments damaged in transit are required within 30 days of the original invoice. These claims must be accompanied by a signed delivery receipt and the original shipping carton must be retained. The LTL service provider reserves the right to inspect the damaged product to finalize the claim. Damaged or shorted shipments must have been identified on the original signed delivery receipt or Bill of Lading when the shipment was delivered.
To ensure proper credit to your account, all returns must be made in their original packaging with all of the original pieces, packaging materials.
If the returned material is found to be free of defects and isn’t covered by a warranty, Nike-Tech, Inc. reserves the right to accept the material and charge a 15% restocking fee.
For a period of 30 days from the time an order is received by the customer, Nike-Tech, Inc. warrants that all goods shipped from Nike-Tech, Inc. will be free of defects in materials and workmanship. This is the sole and exclusive limited warranty offered for products ordered from Nike-Tech, Inc.. Nike-Tech, Inc. does not warrant any product for suitability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Please refer to Nike-Tech, Inc. “Terms and Conditions”.
Nike-Tech, Inc. and its officers, agents, and contractors shall bear no liability whatsoever for statutory, general, special, consequential, or tort damages with respect to uses of products purchased, including loss of profits, business, or goodwill. Nike-Tech, Inc. shall in no way be liable for any damages for any reason whatsoever that would exceed the replacement value of the material. Please refer to Nike-Tech, Inc. “Terms and Conditions”.
